An Operations Manager coordinates office processes, maintains workflow efficiency, and contributes to overall team success.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operational tasks and scheduling.
- Support data tracking and performance reporting.
- Assist in customer outreach and engagement activities.
- Collaborate with the agent to implement operational plans.
- Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance standards are met.
Qualifications
- Experience in office or business operations preferred.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and communicate effectively.
- Must be able to obtain applicable state licenses.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
